What to expect

  • First, you will begin by completing our inquiry form to see if your date is available.

  • I'd love to learn more about your day! We’ll arrange a Zoom meeting or phone call with you or your planner to chat about your initial wedding day plans and photography coverage. During our meeting, I'll also share more about my services and what I offer.

  • After your initial call, I will send you or your planner a personalized proposal tailored to your specific photography needs. This proposal will include the option to secure your date with a 50% retainer.

  • I will collaborate with your planner to craft a timeline that aligns with your photography coverage. Prior to your wedding date, I will send you a questionnaire and schedule a follow-up consultation call. If you have any questions in the lead-up to your special day, I am here to assist you every step of the way.

  • An engagement session is the perfect way for us to connect and for you to feel at ease before your big day. Engagement sessions are included with all weddings as it's a wonderful opportunity to meet and create something beautiful!

  • It’s your big day! Let us be your guides, capturing all the big moments and everything in between, while celebrating alongside you every step of the way!

DestinatioN WEddings

Destination wedding collections include 9 hours of seamless coverage, expertly retouched high resolution digital images, and personalized timeline planning to ensure every moment flows effortlessly. Plus, a day-after session allows you to fully embrace and capture the beauty of your wedding location, creating timeless images beyond the wedding day.

Elopements 

For intimate celebration with fewer than 25 guests, elopement and micro wedding collections offer a beautifully tailored experience. With a minimum of 2 hours of coverage, planning assistance, and an engagement session included. Each high resolution image is expertly retouched, preserving the beauty and emotion of your day with timeless elegance.

Each session includes a minimum of one hour of coverage, personalized planning, expert styling assistance, and beautifully retouched high resolution images.   • Most of our wedding collections include a second photographer.It allows us to capture more angles and candid images on your big day! Smaller wedding days or elopements do not include a second photographer, however you can add one if you so choose.

  • Yes, we love to travel! We are more than happy to travel wherever you choose to have your wedding! Travel fees vary depending on your location.

  • Yes! We offer beautiful custom heirloom albums in a several different sizes. All albums are designed by Kelsey Sheehan Photography.

  • Engagement sessions are included in all of our collections. It gives us the opportunity to get to know each other more an helps you get more comfortable in front of the camera.

  • A reveal celebration is an in-person gathering where you two will meet with me and you will see your wedding photos in a slideshow together for the first time. This is an excellent time to celebrate you and your new marriage again!

    You can bring your parents, siblings, wedding party, or it can just be the two of you! During the celebration, we will also discuss your album design or any products you have decided to purchase.

  • Yes! If your wedding is a multi-day event or if you want your rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch, or another event photographed we would love to capture it for you!
